It is a decomposition of moments and objects that fix the idea of paradise in the imagination. It arises from fieldwork in vacation spots, where remnants of the rise and fall of this fantasy were recovered. How many seconds does it take to create and lose a paradise? It is a gallery of mirages of what remains behind the intensity of a sublimated landscape that no longer exists, or perhaps never existed; of a body that fades over time and is revived through the remnants of memory. It questions the life of the images that shape our idea of rest. Melancholy is a suspended state that accompanies exception: an active force that drives us to reinvent ourselves when the inertia of things fractures.
