A janitor leaves a piano on an abandoned stage. Characters from the world of theater emerge: stagehands, lighting technicians, tailors, directors, singers, actresses and actors. Together they perform sketches accompanied by the best-known overtures, arias and opera choruses. An impossible filming of Brindis and La Traviata, a stage of the Tour de France to the rhythm of The Barber of Seville, or a love story in a station with the Slave Choir of Nabucco. All without an orchestra: just excellent voices that act as soloists and a harmonic base. With talent, humor, rhythm and visual strength, the Theater Choir takes a cappella beyond its limits. Operetta is not just theater or just opera: it is an explosive combination of vocal music and gestural theater.
